To make sure you FULLY understand how the competition works, please complete the following multiple-choice questions:

1. What happens if your club has participated in the league before?
a.If your club has participated in the league once before you can participate.
b. If you club has participated twice before it will no longer be eligible to participate. The club will become a purple club which has other exciting incentives which we will tell you about soon.
c. It no longer matters how many times your club has participated in the competition before. Your club will be allocated to a league based on your scores and performance from the previous year. It’s not about how many times you’ve participated before, but rather how well your club is performing.

2. What are the 5 measures you will be scored on each month if you are a Purple Club?
a. Meet regularly

4. How Many Leagues will clubs be split into?
a. Only 2 leagues (New Stars and Rising Stars)
b. 7 leagues (News Stars Bronze, News Stars Silver, New Stars Gold, Rising Stars Bronze, Rising Stars Silver, Rising Stars Gold and Purple Club)

5. How many club members should you have to be eligible to participate?
a. Any amount is fine.
b. Make sure your club has a minimum of 4 members and not more than 17 members.

6. Can I participate in the competition if I’m a trainee?
a. Yes
b. No

7. What evidence do you need to submit for meeting regularly?
a. club attendance register for the month.
b. Photo of your club

8. What evidence do you need to submit for creativity?
a. A photo of a finished complete play resource you made for your site.
b. A photo of a finished complete play resource you made for your site AND the things you used to make it.
c. 1 collage photo showing a finished complete play resource you made for your site, the things you used to make it AND your club members making it.

9. What evidence do you need to submit for Family Days?
a. Photos of your club cleaning the neighbourhood.
b. 1 collage picture of the event with explanation.
c. A picture of a signed caregiver register on the day of your event.

10. How often do you need to submit for Family Days?
a. Once a month
b. Once a week
c. Once per quarter

11. What evidence do you need to submit for child progress reports?
a. Register of caregiver session.
b. Photos of parent events in your community run by your club.
c. Complete Child Progress report and confirm on Funda that it was discussed with the parent.
d. All of the above.

12. Do you need to submit evidence for Leave no one behind?
a. Yes
b. No

13. When do you need to submit evidence of what your club has done?
a. At the beginning of the month.
b. Any time in the month but all evidence for that month must be in BEFORE the end of every month for monthly submissions and BEFORE the end of every quarter for quarterly submissions like Family Days.

14. When will eliminations take place?

17. What happens if a new franchisee joins a club once the competition has started?
a. They will have to leave the club.
b. The club will exclude them.
c. The club member can be part of the competition as long as the club verifies that they have been participating and as long as they haven’t joined after July.

18. Can you submit evidence of what your club has done to the SmartStart Hotline or your coach?
a. Yes
b. No

19. How many people in the club need to submit evidence of what the club has done on a monthly basis?
a. Only one person in the club needs to submit evidence. It can be anyone who has FUNDA and knows how to use it.
b. Only the club leader can submit.
c. All members must submit.

20. Are there any cash prizes for 2nd and 3rd Place winners?
a. Yes
b. No
